2. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and US federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons, sales or holiday periods, processing time may be slightly delayed due to high order volume.
3. Shipping Service & Delivery Time
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 5–7 business days after shipment
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery 1–3 business days after shipment
All domestic orders are shipped from our Miami, Florida warehouse.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders usually take 7–15 business days for delivery, depending on customs processing and local logistics efficiency.
4. Shipping Cost
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight and shipping method.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates without prior notice.
5. Free Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping is available for US domestic orders over the designated threshold (shown at checkout). Free shipping only applies to standard delivery, not expedited services.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email. You can track your package status anytime via the tracking link.
7. Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT and any additional clearance fees charged by the destination country. We will not cover any international customs-related charges.
8. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Kaelisara is not liable for shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs inspection, carrier logistics issues or force majeure.
Please contact us first if your package is lost or undelivered for a long time; we will assist you to file a claim with the logistics carrier.
9. Address Modification
Please confirm your shipping address carefully before checkout. We do not support address modification once the order has been shipped. Any returned package due to incorrect address will be at the customer’s cost for reshipment.
